The Menagerie is one mile south of Horton village (OS map reference: 52°10.383N, 0°47.913W), off the B526 (Northampton to Newport Pagnell road).. Look for a lay-by on the west side of the road with a field entrance immediately opposite. There is a cattle grid and a drive crossing a grass ridge-and-furrow field. Take this drive and turn left at the first opportunity. Parking is available in the field next to the Menagerie gate at the vehicle owner’s risk. Cattle graze in this field.

From the North:

From M1 junction 15, exit toward Northampton/A45 (0.2 miles). Turn left at A508. Bear right to stay on A508 (60 yards). Turn right to stay on A508 (0.8 miles). Turn left (0.8 miles). Turn left (0.8 miles). Turn right at Wootton Rd (2.3 miles). Turn left toward B526/Eakley Lane (1.6 miles). Bear left at B526/Eakley Lane. Continue to follow B526 (1.4 miles). Turn right opposite lay-by on west of road (above)

From the South:

From M1 junction 14, exit A509 (Milton Keynes/Newport Pagnell); at roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A509/London Road to Newport Pagnell (1.4 miles). At Tickford roundabout, take second exit on to B526/London Road into Newport Pagnell (1 mile). Turn right at mini-roundabout and follow B526 for 8 miles (through Lathbury, Gayhurst and Stoke Goldington). Turn right opposite lay-by on west of road (above).
